Undercover Investigations
Oftentimes the most efficient and
comprehensive way to investigate employee
misconduct is the use of an undercover investigator. Edward R. Kirby &
Associates has a large pool of undercover agents with a vast diversity of heritage
and background allowing them to fit comfortably into virtually every employment
situation. Our agents are carefully selected, trained, instructed, and supervised
in undercover procedures to be in compliance with appropriate federal and state
laws. These highly trained agents quickly become acclimated to the work
environment and in a relatively short time identify the wrongdoers and then
develop the evidence needed to successfully terminate and/or prosecute the
guilty employee(s). Our agents are trained to look for evidence of employee
misconduct in such areas as theft, drug sales and use, alcohol abuse, vandalism,
gambling, extortion, padded payrolls, security risks, morale problems, ineffective
